Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased data bundles, SMS packages, or call minutes once they have been delivered to your phone number. In case of failed delivery due to technical issues on our end, we will either re-attempt delivery or provide a replacement of equal value.
